Our air-conditioner was sick. We googled looking for an air-conditioning company for some reason I saw Blackbelt Air-conditioning and Electric. The name stuck in my head. I read the reviews and they all sounded sincere. I called and set up an appointment and requested Gabriel. The spot light seemed to point to Gabriel and his expertise. This man is a Genius. Blackbelt has superior customer service! Our heater happened to go out around 3am the night it snowed in San Antonio (which never happens). They responded very quickly the very next day. Upon arrival they were very courteous and friendly to me and my children. They actually took the time to listen to what my concern was rather than just brushing me off. They were able to pinpoint the problem and get our heater back on and working properly. It ended up being we needed a new part. They did not overcharge for the part like most companies do or try to tell us more things were wrong that actually weren’t. They are honest and trustworthy. We will definitely be calling them again if needed. On a side note, they were also able to tell us why our downstairs is always too hot in the summer even with the ac working properly. We have asked several other companies and nobody else had an explanation. They were willing to take the time out to explain why and what needs to be done to fix it. If you are in need of any work, I highly recommend Blackbelt.

Had an awesome service Technician by the name of Gabriel to come out and take a look at our AC. He was very professional and knowledgeable of his work. He found the problem real quick and notice it was only the mother board. Earlier in the day I called another company to come out and take a look at our AC. That AC company informed us we needed a new unit. Boy were they really wrong and just trying to rip us off. My friend referred me to Gabriel, I can honestly say he saved the day and saved us lots of lots of money! Thank you so much Gabriel and we will keep you in mind for any future work!

Gabriel installed a brand new Amana a/c a few years back. I was out of town visiting family when my daughter called and said it was 90 degrees in my house and that my two cats really looked distressed. I phoned Gabriel and he got in it right of way. By the time I got back home a couple days later, he had it up and running. That’s what I call service ! This past Thursday, my A/C started running hot. It was 96 outside. I called Gabriel; he said he would be there Friday after he handled another scheduled call. He arrived around noon and promptly got to my A/C. It was 87 inside my house ! To my surprise, Gabriel said my A/C didn’t have any problems, that everything checked out ok. I don’t know what happened; I was just glad that Gabriel got it up and running. He told me to call him ASAP if anything happened over the weekend. The kicker was that he didn’t charge me for the service call. I’m very impressed with their quality of service and manner of doing business.
